TEESZEE SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Teeszee! We specialize in custom printed apparel and custom printed cards. Because our products are made-to-order, please review our shipping and processing guidelines below.
1. Processing & Production Time
All items are printed and custom-made on demand. Production and processing time takes between 2 to 5 business days before shipment. During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and destination. Estimated shipping transit times after production are as follows:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days (USPS / DHL)
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing
Please note that transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs clearance.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. Teeszee is not responsible for these fees; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
